Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Federal Project Manager II to lead site-specific post go-live transition readiness initiatives across healthcare IT environments. This role requires strong coordination with the Oracle Health Readiness Team and client stakeholders to drive readiness, schedules, and risk management at the VISN/site level.

Travel is 80%, and the candidate should have 5+ years in healthcare IT or EHR project management, with experience in Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, PM certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor- level degree required in healthcare admin, nursing, health informatics, business or related field.
• Master’s in health informatics, public health, MBA or PM is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR PM.
• Experience with EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and relationships between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Drive site-specific project plan & timeline; prepare informatics for post go-live roles.
• Present Readiness content and drive local execution of Readiness Methodology.
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with internal/external stakeholders.
• Work with Deployment schedules and events; coordinate site calls and events.
• Track IMS Updates and PGL events timelines for VISN PM reporting.
• Manage Readiness Checklist and participate in internal scrums.
• Manage site-specific risks and report through Site Readiness scrums.
