Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting seeks a Change Consultant to support federal electronic health record modernization efforts. You will travel to multiple sites to run change management events and create hands-on adoption experiences for end users and customer stakeholders.

Role requires up to 100% travel, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The position emphasizes relationship-building, communication, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field or professional work history equivalency.
• At least 4 years total related work experience, including change management, training, event delivery, project coordination, or customer-facing experience; healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to support adoption activities, learning events, training sessions, or other customer-facing change initiatives.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications.
• Able to travel up to 100% to customer sites, including extended travel across markets and facilities.
• Be able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and meet objectives.
• Build strategies to support adoption of project changes.
• Plan and execute change management events across multiple facilities with high-quality sessions for end users.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align session logistics, roles, materials, and participant support.
• Prepare and manage session materials, participant communications, and access resources needed for engagement.
• Welcome and orient participants, explain session objectives, and foster a positive environment.
• Support participants during sessions by answering questions, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting.
• Capture and upload event documentation including attendance, feedback, issues and wins.
