Job summary

HyerTek, Inc. is seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Developers to design, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE applications for federal customers. You will build solutions on Dataverse, develop C#/NET plug-ins and custom APIs, and integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services.

You will own solutions end-to-end from requirements to production support, collaborating with stakeholders and engineers. This role uses AI-assisted development tools; you will review AI outputs and apply sound engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing and deploying production solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, including Dataverse plug-ins and server-side logic.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including building or supporting integrations with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID authentication, managed identities, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs and the Dataverse Web API.
• Experience with deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Experience with Power Platform components such as Power Automate and model-driven apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications to support customer processes.
• Design Dataverse data models including tables, relationships, and security.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using Dataverse Web API and REST APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and secrets management using Entra ID and Azure Key Vault.
• Manage lifecycle with Azure DevOps or GitHub, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance and security.
• Collaborate in requirements sessions, design reviews, testing, and documentation.
