Job summary

Trewon Technologies is seeking a Dynamics Developer II to support our Federal Government client. The role focuses on design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance modules, workflows, and API integrations.

This mid-senior position requires 3+ years of Dynamics experience, strong C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Platform skills. A Secret or higher clearance is required, with adherence to federal standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development, application customization, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 modules and solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK for advanced customization.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OData, and JSON for system integration.
• Strong skills in software testing, debugging, and performance optimization for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with federal standards, such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP, for secure software development.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• The Dynamics Developer II designs, develops, and customizes Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Builds and optimizes user interfaces within Dynamics 365 for intuitive user experiences.
• Implements workflows, business rules, and custom logic to automate processes.
• Integrates Dynamics 365 with third-party APIs and services to enhance capabilities.
• Develops and maintains solutions using Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Extends Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to meet needs.
• Conducts testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation for Dynamics 365 configurations and integrations.
• Gathers requirements and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensures Dynamics 365 solutions adhere to federal regulations, security standards, and policies.
