Job summary

HyerTek, Inc. in the Washington DC metro area is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to configure, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, and the Power Platform.

You will design a shared Dataverse data model, build model-driven apps and secure PCF controls, and develop C#/.NET plug-ins and integrations for enterprise systems. The role requires ownership of solutions from requirements through deployment and production support, with AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in production solutions.
• Experience deploying Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service.
• Strong skills with Power Pages, model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on with PCF controls using TypeScript, React, and PCF SDK.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, including Dataverse plug-ins, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience designing Dataverse tables, relationships, security, and business rules.
• Secure Power Pages sites with authentication and access control.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and Dataverse Web API.
• Experience lifecycle management with Git and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service workflows.
• Develop model-driven apps and Power Pages for internal/external users.
• Build PCF controls for asset views, scheduling, and event coordination.
• Create Power Automate flows for ITSM, asset, and workforce processes with error handling.
• Design a shared Dataverse data model linking personnel, assets, locations, and events.
• Develop C#/.NET plug-ins, APIs, and integration components.
• Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and Dataverse Web API.
• Support Power BI dashboards via reliable data structures and integrations.
• Maintain security, logging, and performance improvements across apps.
