Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking a Computer Programmer to support the United States Coast Guard at the Aviation Logistics Center Information Systems Division. This role covers full lifecycle development and maintenance in a DevSecOps environment, delivering secure, scalable applications for logistics, finance, engineering.

This cross-functional, Agile team uses .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, PHP, Oracle, and more to meet mission requirements and ensure accessibility and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field; two years experience may substitute for one year of education.
• Minimum of two years of software engineering experience including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• At least one year in Agile DevSecOps environment and methodologies.
• At least one year of experience with Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• At least one year of experience supporting infrastructure in a federal/DoD environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and debug software for enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain hybrid web/mobile apps using .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, PHP.
• Modify existing software to improve performance and adapt to mission needs.
• Conduct unit and integration testing with approved tools.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Project Managers using Agile and DevSecOps.
• Use version control (Jira/Bitbucket) and Confluence to track changes and support sprints.
• Develop reports and dashboards with SAS Viya, Cognos.
