Job summary

Oasys International LLC (Oasys) is seeking a Computer Programmer to support the United States Coast Guard at the Aviation Logistics Center—ISD. The role covers full lifecycle development and maintenance in a DevSecOps environment, ensuring security standards and documentation alignment.

The candidate will work in a cross-functional Agile team delivering secure, scalable software for logistics, finance, and engineering.

Qualifications

Experience in DevSecOps environments and Agile SDLC.
Proficiency with Jira, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, SAS Studio, Confluence.
Understanding of secure coding practices and configuration management.
Strong problem-solving, technical writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to support mission-critical applications with 24/7 availability.

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and debug software for enterprise systems.
Modify software to improve performance and adapt to requirements.
Conduct unit and integration testing with approved tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers using Agile/DevSecOps.
Use Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence to track changes and support sprints.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SAS Viya, Cognos, Framework Manager.
Prepare technical documentation and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with Section 508, NIST, and SELC requirements.
Participate in reviews and change control boards.
Assist with incident and problem management.
