Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking a Software Developer, Application - Journeyman to support design, development, testing, and documentation of application software in an Agile DevSecOps environment. The role requires analyzing user requirements, developing robust software solutions, and coordinating with government stakeholders to deliver reliable applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Two years of experience in software requirements, design, code, and documentation.
One year of program/project-level experience in software design.
One year of experience in an Agile DevSecOps environment with Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, debug, and document computer applications and specialized utilities.
Analyze user needs and business processes to develop or improve software solutions.
Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements through documentation.
Translate designs into working software including code, forms, scripts, and components.
Collaborate with end users and Government stakeholders to ensure client needs are addressed.
