STV Incorporated seeks an experienced Federal Design-Build Project Manager (PE/RA required) to lead the design and delivery of Federal and Military facilities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Federal A/E design and a license as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect, with a strong track record in design leadership and multidisciplinary team guidance.

Qualificações

• Active PE or RA license required.
• 10+ years of experience managing Federal A/E design projects.
• Demonstrated Design-Build project delivery experience.
• Experience serving as the Design Project Manager for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Report directly to the Project Delivery Manager and oversee project execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, and overall project success.
• Lead and manage design development and delivery of Federal and Military facilities projects using Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build methods.
• Serve as the primary Design Project Manager responsible for scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, risk management, and client communication.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project delivery.
• Manage all aspects of project execution including scope development, qualifications, proposal preparation, client presentations, contract negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and construction administration.
