You will lead design and construction teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance across SATOC/MATOC/MACCs while supporting BD and client communications. Strong leadership and clear reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction/design roles
• 7+ years as Design/Design-Build Project Manager
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
• PE or RA license required
• ProCore, MS Office, MS Project, Outlook proficiency; Timberline a bonus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Projects valued between $1M–$15M+

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design and construction teams across multiple projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand expectations and provide updates.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and subcontractor agreements.
• Oversee compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Support bidding and estimating processes.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and project documentation.
• Resolve project issues and delays quickly and effectively.
• Participate in business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ensure quality control and promote a culture of safety.
• Support senior leadership and collaborate across departments.
