Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a qualified consultant to support a premier law enforcement client''s data program. You will review current data analytics capabilities, partner with engineers and stakeholders, and help implement data integration and compliance initiatives.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to work on site in a SCIF five days a week. A minimum of five years of experience and an associate''s degree are required; six to eight additional years

• Experience coordinating around CAI programs and data governance.

Job Family: Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required: None Clearance Required: Active Top Secret (TS)

What You Will Do:

You will support a premier law enforcement client's data program and work to review their current data and analytics capabilities. The consultant will partner with data engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to support enterprise data integration initiatives and resolve data compliance issues. Additionally, the consultant would be responsible for the following:

• Maintain accurate and consistent data inventories while ensuring adherence to government policies and internal governance standards.
• Document and trace data lineage across governance systems to improve transparency and accountability throughout the data lifecycle.
• Conduct recurring data quality audits and dataset profiling to identify anomalies and strengthen validation procedures.
• Collaborate across teams to improve data management processes and ensure policy aligned data collection, processing, and reporting.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and Maintained Top Secret Federal security clearance.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Must be able to be on site 5x per week in a SCIF.
• Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.
• Associate's degree required.
• EIGHT (8)+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Client-facing consulting experience
• Data collection and analysis experience
• Executive briefings and presentations experience
• Coordination around commercially available information (CAI) programs experience

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Department of Justice experience a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
