Job summary

iCOUNTER is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive revenue growth and strategic customer engagement across the U.S. DoW market.

This role develops and closes new business opportunities while expanding strategic relationships with defense organizations. The ideal candidate has proven cybersecurity or tech sales experience navigating federal procurement, engaging senior leaders, and selling mission-critical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling to Department of War customers.
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in cybersecurity or related tech.
• Experience selling into DoW organizations (military, defense, intelligence).
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder procurements.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition & contracting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close DoW opportunities across defense sector.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue and pipeline.
• Build relationships with military and civilian leaders to align solutions.
• Conduct executive briefings and solution demos to position as trusted partner.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product strategy and GTM.
