Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant in McLean, VA to lead Cyber Consulting workstreams on risk management, HVA oversight, and governance for federal agencies. You will supervise Senior Consultants, coordinate cross-team deliverables, and ensure alignment with CISA and NIST directives.

Excellent communication and a current security clearance are essential. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of cybersecurity experience (or a Master’s plus 5 years), US citizenship, and

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Seven years of cybersecurity experience, or a Master’s plus five years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CAP or CGRC, CISA.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, manage and lead development and execution of cybersecurity risk management and HVA oversight.
• Coordinate and plan enterprise risk assessments across units.
• Provide guidance on federal frameworks (NIST, SP 800-171, 800-60) to teams and stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and input on agency-wide risk management policies and SOPs.
• Present risk findings to technical and executive audiences and advise on actions.
