Job summary

Koniag Services, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the SBA/KDS program from Washington, DC, ensuring alignment with mission priorities and contractual requirements.

You will manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, coordinate with SBA contracting officers, and deliver milestones on time and within budget. Candidates must obtain a Public Trust clearance and possess a track record of federal IT/cybersecurity program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive program/project management experience.
• Experience with federal government contracts and FAR/or equivalent.
• PMP or PgMP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between SBA customer, leadership, and program team.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all program activities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans and risk management.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs; mitigate risks.
• Lead cybersecurity professionals and support staff; foster high performance.
• Oversee contract compliance and reporting to SBA leadership and officers.
• Prepare program status reports, reviews, and executive briefings.
• Manage program financials including budget forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with contracting officers on modifications and requirements.
• Lead continuous process improvements; ensure compliance with laws and standards.
