Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an Account Portfolio Leader to oversee a defined portfolio of federal civilian and health accounts from our Arlington, VA office. The role requires shaping the cyber vision, engaging with senior government stakeholders, and delivering mission-aligned cybersecurity solutions that strengthen national security.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in cybersecurity and federal program management.
• Proven track record managing portfolios with >$100M revenue and P&L accountability.
• Experience growing accounts through new work, recompetes, and strategic engagement.
• Experience leading within highly matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ability to build trusted executive relationships with senior government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes across revenue, profitability, delivery performance, and growth.
• Lead customer engagement and serve as ECS senior representative across accounts.
• Drive portfolio strategy, forecasting, resource planning, and AOP attainment.
• Coordinate with Growth, Solutions, Finance, Contracts, and Talent to enable success.
• Develop leaders, mentor program managers and project managers within the portfolio.
