FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DHS NCCS 2.0 program in Springfield, VA. The role oversees enterprise IT services, network, cloud/platform, cybersecurity operations, and PMO activities. Citizenship and active Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

This senior position entails managing cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and communications, with responsibilities across government stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required (as per TS/SCI clearance)
• Active Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance required
• 10+ years in cybersecurity management or equivalent leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across NCCS 2.0 program including network, cloud/platform, cybersecurity, PMO, field engineering and surge support
• Oversee cost, schedule, performance, staffing, service levels and communications objectives across SOWs and task orders
• Serve as senior contractor interface with DHS CO, COR, OCIO/CISOD leadership and government stakeholders
• Maintain 24x7x365 operations with Tier 1/2 support and appropriate Tier 3 escalation
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, clearance adherence, and surge staffing as required
• Oversee transition-in/out, continuity planning, disaster recovery, and program governance
