Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior Air Force leaders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 40+ personnel to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
• Oversee disciplines: offensive/defensive cybersecurity, DevOps, A&A guidance, and strategic communication
• Interact with engineers, vendors, security teams, and executives to align objectives
• Manage subcontractor relationships, invoices, NDAs, and monthly status reports
• Produce client deliverables and maintain project management artifacts (risk registers, budgets, staffing)
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with clarity and timeliness
• Allocate resources (personnel, budget, technology) to meet objectives
• Contribute to cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures across the program
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and best practices
