H2 Performance Consulting Corp. is seeking a CSP Team Lead to coordinate daily CSP delivery under the Contractor Program Manager’s supervision. This onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship and is contingent on contract award and security eligibility. You will lead federal contract operations, coordinate documentation, training, and change/release work for the government client. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT or computer sciences.
• 5+ years of experience overseeing multiple projects/contracts.
• 3+ years Federal Government Accounting or Federal Financial Management experience.
• Direct experience managing DHS/ICE or other Federal civilian contracts.
• PM certification such as PMP or FAC P/PM Level I.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, risks and actions; coordinate monthly CBM/CMM reporting, customer meetings, financial analyses and annual/FYE activities.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and consistency and coordinate documentation, training, configuration and change/release work.
