H2 Performance Consulting Corp. is seeking a Contract Program Manager to support a U.S. government client onsite in Washington, DC. You will lead task-order execution, administration, quality assurance, deliverables, and efficiency while supervising contractor personnel and coordinating stakeholder meetings.

U.S. citizenship is required. 8+ years of executive-level contract operations experience and a PMP or equivalent certification are expected, with DHS/ICE or federal agency contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience related to oversight and executive-level management of project/contract operations.
• Direct experience managing DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
• Advanced experience with quality assurance, contract compliance, performance metrics, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Experience managing Federal financial management operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, FAC P/PM Level II or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.

H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking a Contract Program Manager to support a U.S. government client. The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact to lead task-order execution, administration, quality assurance, deliverables, and efficiency. This is an onsite position supporting a government client. The position requires U.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.
