Zusammenfassung

i360technologies is seeking a CSP Team Lead (Customer Service Program) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the contractor team supporting ICE OFM's Customer Service Program. This role also serves as the senior technical authority for the CBM and owns the cost model architecture and billing methodology used to produce customer activity reports and cost-per-invoice calculations.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of related experience with oversight of multiple projects and personnel.
• PM certification (PMP, FAC-P/PM Level I, or equivalent) desired.
• 3+ years in Federal Government Accounting or Federal Financial Management.

Aufgaben

• Lead CSP contractor team across all tasks, ensuring government review points.
• Maintain Master Integrated Program Plan and Schedule.
• Own the CBM and Cost Management Module, including annual configuration review.
• Manage monthly CBM cycle: calculate activity and costs, analyze variances.
• Lead BOY FASS reassessment with trend and variance analyses.
• Oversee CPVI calculations and reporting to DHS components.
• Support annual SLA renegotiation and IRWA/IAA forms.
• Deliver trend analysis, predictive modeling, and cost allocation insights.
