Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, discipline-specific cost estimates using industry-standard tools (MII, PACES, RSMeans, Success Estimator).
• Analyze cost proposals, bids and change orders for accuracy and FAR/compliance.
• Interpret drawings and specs to develop estimates across design and project stages.
