Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates using industry-standard tools per FAR/DFARS regulations.
  • Analyze contractor cost proposals, bids, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Interpret drawings and specs to develop estimates across design stages.
  • Reference UFC, Service Instructions, and codes to ensure compliant solutions.
  • Maintain cost models, pricing databases, and historical data.
