Job summary

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support staffing for our federal contracting portfolio, with a primary focus on the contact center segment. You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting, partner with Hiring Managers, and drive time-sensitive hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS plus 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting, and a strong track record using ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in federal contracting recruiting.
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office.
• Experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand hiring needs.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across the contact center portfolio and onboard talent.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and administer assessments as needed.
• Maintain updates in ATS and report pipeline health to leadership.
• Draft offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
