Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of contract management or related experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to interpret contractual requirements and follow processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.
• Experience with Excel and business applications; contract management systems/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support federal government contracting activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Assist with solicitation responses, document prep, and proposal support.
• Process contract modifications, administrative updates, extensions, and closeouts.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and data in systems.
• Track obligations, reporting requirements, and key deliverables.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and facilitate issue resolution.
• Support audits, reporting, and documentation requests.
• Elevate issues for review and resolution; participate in process improvements.
