Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage government contracts from proposal through closeout. You will work with Contracts, Program Management, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance, accurate records, and timely execution of obligations.

The ideal candidate will have federal contracting experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience administering government contracts.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting practices.
• Experience supporting DoD or other federal government contracts.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer government contracts, task orders, and subcontracts through the lifecycle.
• Review and process awards, modifications, and correspondence.
• Maintain contract files for accuracy, audit readiness, and records retention.
• Assist in reviewing solicitations and contracting requests for information.
• Support proposal development by identifying contractual requirements and compliance.
• Monitor deliverables, funding limits, performance periods, and reporting needs.
• Coordinate actions with program management, finance, and legal.
• Prepare contractual correspondence with government customers and subcontractors.
• Track milestones, options, and renewal dates; assist with closeout activities.
