Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Billing Manager responsible for client and subcontractor invoicing, WinTeam administration, and ensuring compliance with government laws. The role requires strong attention to detail, audit capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Verian.

Key duties include generating and adjusting invoices, reconciling payroll with government orders, and collaborating with Pricing to track funds. Experience with FAR/SCA and government contracts is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required; candidates with government billing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with government contracts, FAR/SCA, and related provisions is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and subcontractor invoicing processes and ensure accuracy.
• Audit payroll in compliance with FAR, SCA, and contract requirements.
• Oversee WinTeam administration and contract changes.
• Coordinate with Pricing and Contracts teams for budget reporting.
