Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the draft, review, and negotiation of contracts including NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts for federal projects ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and government agencies to develop and administer contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Execute contract modifications, change orders, and amendments; enter changes into Costpoint.
• Coordinate with DCAA during audits and maintain contract files.
• Analyze potential risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about legislative changes affecting federal contracting.
• Assist in developing proposals for new government contracts.
