Job summary

Infinisource Consulting Solutions, located in Baltimore, MD, is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage all aspects of federal contracts, including prime contracts, task orders, and subcontracts. You will support business development activities with teaming agreements and NDAs, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field, 5–7 years of contract management experience, and NCMA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Five to seven years of federal contract management experience.
• NCMA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-life cycle contract administration of prime federal contracts, IDIAs/GWACs and subcontracts; support business development with teaming agreements and NDAs.
