Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a Contracts Administrator in Washington, DC to manage the full lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts and related agreements. You will ensure FAR and DFARS compliance while supporting program execution, business development, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Government Contracts Administration.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with prime contracts and subcontracts and contract types.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and modifications throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Review and interpret terms and conditions, including funding, performance period, CLINs, and deliverables.
• Monitor contract compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Program Management, and stakeholders on funding and reporting.
• Maintain organized contract files per audit requirements.
