Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day on-site management for federal construction projects across the Space Coast region and beyond. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and driving milestones while maintaining client communications and project documentation.

The candidate will supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards (USACE CQM), and partner with the Project Manager to meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualifikationen

• Active or able to successfully complete Construction Quality Management certification from USACE.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary liaison with the Government until acceptance.
• Be on the job site at all times when work is taking place and have full authority to act for the Contractor.
• Attend preconstruction progress, weekly and coordination meetings with project and subcontractor teams.
• Support project health and safety plans according to OSHA and EM 385-1-1.
