Job summary

Cape Fox, a subsidiary of Mountain Point, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day project management on U.S. government construction contracts.

You will help plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all project activities and milestones in accordance with plans and budgets. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will assist in management of subcontractors, maintain client communications, and help drive safety and quality control across projects.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and government personnel.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supports Sr Project Manager or acts in their absence.
• Coordinates contract documents, submittals, and field questions across projects.
• Assists in analyzing blueprints and technical documents for project accuracy.
• Prepares schedules based on hours, tasks, milestones and resources.
• Manages RFI process and procurement to meet delivery dates.
• Conducts site walks and coordinates with government/clients for inspections.
