Job summary

CCI Prime Contractors, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee federal construction projects and ensure adherence to contract standards. You will lead a team, manage submittals, and drive quality across all phases of construction at Fort Sill, OK.

Required are OSHA 30 hour, USACE CQM, and hands-on experience with Procore and RMS, plus strong documentation and leadership skills to maintain a robust quality program and compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certified and USACE CQM certification are required.
• Experience with Procore and RMS on federal projects.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PDF document management.
• Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan per Army Corps standards.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specs for contract compliance.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections to verify materials, workmanship and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain a quality management system and ensure timely action on non-conformances.
