Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee construction quality on federal projects at Fort Sill, OK. The role requires leading a QC team, enforcing regulatory standards, and coordinating evaluations and testing to ensure deliverables meet all requirements.

The QCM will implement a robust quality management system, address non-conformances, and work with stakeholders to maintain safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certification
• USACE CQM Certification
• Experience with Procore and RMS
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
• Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specs meet contract requirements; coordinate evaluations and testing.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to reduce deficiencies.
• Manage and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system and address non-conformances.
