Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects is required.
• Familiar with USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, VA, GSA or similar agencies.
• Knowledge of the Three-Phase Control system and federal requirements.
• CQM-C certification or ability to obtain it before assignment.
• Experience with RMS and construction quality documentation.
• Ability to interpret plans, resolve issues, and manage subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the project-specific Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three-Phase Control process: preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Review submittals and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Maintain daily QC reports, inspection records, and RMS documentation.
• Identify deficiencies, oversee corrective actions, and verify resolution.
• Serve as the primary QC contact for government representatives.
• Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and closeout documentation.
