gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance on high-profile federal construction projects.

You will own the Quality Control Program, working with field leadership, subcontractors, and government representatives to ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards. Travel or relocation to project sites is required, with a leadership role from preparatory meetings through final acceptance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, VA, GSA or similar agencies.
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Implement and manage the project Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three-Phase Control process: preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Review submittals and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Maintain daily QC reports and RMS documentation.
• Identify deficiencies and verify corrective actions.
