Qualifications

• Experience preparing and finalizing pre-award, quality assurance and contract administration processes for Government Construction Contracts.
• Maintain the Resident Management System (RMS) database for all assigned projects, manage assigned contracts, and update the RMS database.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications in support of design submissions and permitting packages.
• Provide construction administration services, including submittal reviews, RFI responses, on-site inspections, and assist system commissioning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects.
• Support code consulting services and AHJ coordination.
• Senior: minimum 10 years in general construction methods or 15 years; Mid: 5–10 years; Junior: 3–5 years; USACE policy knowledge.
• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders on new construction, renovation and retrofit projects.
• Support AHJ coordination and code consulting services.
