Job summary

MacDonald-Bedford LLC is seeking qualified Construction Quality Assurance Representatives from junior to senior level to support federal, institutional, and infrastructure projects across the Pacific, with emphasis on American Samoa.

This role concentrates on on-site inspections, reporting, and follow‑up supporting design, construction, renovation, and modernization of facilities, including large MILCON and SRM projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum years of general construction methods experience as specified for Junior/Mmid/Senior levels.
• 1 year QA/QC inspection experience and knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to travel, including extended off-island trips within the Pacific Region.
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination within multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-directed work on complex project types, both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize pre-award, QA, and contract administration for Government Construction Contracts.
• Maintain RMS database for all projects and log related documents and reports.
• Download data from QCS to RMS and verify accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for design submissions and permitting.
• Provide construction administration services including submittal reviews and inspections.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders on new and renovated projects.
• Support AHJ coordination and related code consulting services.
