• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field; degree requirement may be waived with extensive relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate federal construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning to closeout.
• Serve as the primary Owner's Representative coordinating with Government stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitor scope, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and performance for contract compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, SOWs, schedules, and cost estimates to support planning and execution.
• Coordinate design reviews, constructability assessments, and technical evaluations to address risks.
