Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide full-time, onsite construction management and owner’s representative services for federal projects in the Washington, DC area.

The role requires strong renovation experience and the ability to coordinate among government stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and consultants. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or related field.
• Renovation and rehabilitation project experience including exterior improvements.
• Strong onsite management and Owner’s Representative experience.
• Experience with federal project documentation and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite oversight as Construction Project Manager and Owner’s Representative.
• Inspect work for contract compliance, drawings, codes, and safety.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and pay applications.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Prepare field reports, risk assessments, and project deliverables.
• Support acquisition, procurement, contract administration, and closeout activities.
