Onsite Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead federal construction programs from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires expertise in managing U.S.

government contracts, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals. The position emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to obtain federal clearance if required and to manage project schedules, costs, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• 5–10 years of federal/military construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting requirements.
• Proficiency with PM software: Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam.
• Ability to obtain federal security clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of federal construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact with contracting officers, clients and subs.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, FAR/DFARS and safety standards.
• Prepare schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Manage cost control, risk, and progress reporting.
• Lead LEAN construction initiatives and project meetings.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, safety, and field teams.
