Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead federal construction initiatives in Kansas City, MO. You will manage estimating, scheduling, QC, reports, and safety while coordinating with government stakeholders and design teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of federal CM experience, proficiency with MS Project and Office, and familiarity with design-build or design-bid-build contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• At least five years of direct federal construction or construction management experience.
• Experience with design-build and/or design-bid-build projects; IDIQ, task order, MATOC, SATOC, MACC, or similar contracts preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; experience with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, USACE RMS/QCS, or NAVFAC eCMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of federal projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, reports, and safety.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with government reps and design teams to develop preliminary concepts and drawings.
• Attend proposal meetings to discuss scope, costs, and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection; conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings.
• Make timely decisions under deadlines and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Ensure processes meet client expectations and maintain integrity and professionalism.
