Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Science, Business Management or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction with at least one commercial/industrial GC experience.
• Federal contracting experience (JOC/SATOC/MATOC/SABER) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Oversee contract administration, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Lead subcontractor buyouts, site visits, and coordination across teams.
• Maintain schedules, cost reporting, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HSEQ guidelines and safety programs.
