Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Science, Business Management, Construction Management, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 5 years of construction experience with a commercial/industrial general contractor.
- Federal experience with JOC, SATOC, MATOC, and SABER contracts is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all facets to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Manage projects per contract requirements and corporate policies.
- Respond promptly to contracts and government inquiries.
- Enforce Quality Control and Site Safety programs.
- Attend pre-construction and progress meetings; provide minutes.
