Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing federal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government procurement.
• Experience with USACE, VA, NAVFAC, GSA or other federal agencies preferred.
• Proficient in project scheduling, cost control, and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout for federal construction projects.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and contract modifications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance per contract requirements.
