Job summary

Ross Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead daily project quality control, inspecting work and coordinating with the Owner’s QA representative to ensure conformance with contract documents. You will oversee safety practices and manage field staff across projects in the South and Midwest.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years’ experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven history of maintaining quality, safety and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Quality Control Plan for project activities.
• Coordinate with Owner’s QA representative to ensure requirements are met.
• Oversee safety practices of on-site personnel and visitors.
• Review subcontractor submittals and the submittal register.
• Coordinate testing with outside agencies and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide updates to the project manager on quality control.
• Create punch-lists and manage close-out documentation.
