Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years of construction administration experience OR HS diploma with 7–10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in construction administration is required.

Responsabilidades

• Document Control: manage, log, and track project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, ASIs).
• Federal Compliance: assist with Davis-Bacon payroll tracking, certified payroll reviews, and compliance files.
• Meeting Administration: schedule progress meetings, draft minutes, track action items.
• Financial Assistance: review invoices, verify lien waivers, compile monthly owner billing packages.
• Project Closeout: organize and submit final manuals, warranties, and as-builts.
