Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee planning, design, budget, renovation and installation of a U.S. federal secure construction site in the Northern Territory of Australia.

The role requires leading installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule and budget, with experience on federal projects and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; relocation may be required for up to 24 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 10+ years leading crews.
• 10+ years experience in construction/renovation of facilities including government projects.
• Experience with SCIFs or secure enclosures.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of construction tradesmen and manage activities to finish on time and on budget.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to site.
• Direct trades, contractors and vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Work in common data environment with security for information exchanges.
• Create construction document packages for bidding and update as-built files.
• Meet customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance goals.
• Oversee budgets and adjust schedules/logistics as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple subcontractors across disciplines.
• Perform site admin tasks, QA/QC, payroll validation, daily meetings.
• Ensure security and compliance in all activities.
