Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee renovation and service projects within secure government facilities. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while complying with security protocols.

The role requires leadership, strong communication with government stakeholders, and experience with UFC/ICD-705 standards in occupied facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• Experience in renovation or tenant improvement projects.
• Experience in secure government facilities (SCIF) andIC/DoD projects.
• Experience with federal construction standards (UFC, ICD-705).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for renovation and facility service projects within secure government facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to meet schedule and scope.
• Maintain strict adherence to security requirements, access control procedures, and SCIF standards.
• Review drawings, specs and documents to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections for quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Manage schedules and sequencing to minimize disruption in occupied facilities.
• Track milestones, RFIs, change orders, and field directives.
• Support project closeout activities including punch lists and turnover packages.
