ASR International in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Construction Inspector for federal projects. The role requires on-site presence at a federal facility, providing independent inspection and QA across electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and utility systems.
Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, developing site-specific inspection plans, daily on-site surveillance, and documenting deficiencies with corrective actions, while ensuring compliance with codes and client standards.

Provide continuous, independent construction inspection and quality assurance services for a major multi-discipline federal design-build project in the Baltimore area. The Construction Inspector will verify that all construction, installation, demolition, and commissioning activities comply with contract documents, approved plans and specifications, applicable codes and regulations, manufacturer requirements, and Client standards. Work spans electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and utility systems on an active industrial facility modernization project.
