Job summary

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking a Construction Contract Specialist/Project Advisor I to support federal construction and A&E acquisitions from Arlington, VA. The role provides acquisition and contract administration support across pre-award, award, and post-award phases, ensuring compliance with FAR, DOSAR, and agency policies.

You will coordinate with project managers, contract personnel, and technical reps, prepare procurement documents, track deliverables, and support REAs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience supporting federal acquisitions.
Basic knowledge of FAR procedures.
Familiarity with construction or A&E acquisitions preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Provide acquisition and contract administration support for construction and A&E contracts.
Support pre-award, award, and post-award acquisition activities.
Prepare procurement documentation, organize contract files, and track status.
Coordinate with contracting personnel, project managers, and technical representatives.
Review REAs, claims, and other contract administration matters.
Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and action item trackers.
